Yes, you can change this and the part# is 2VST5X16

For the price, you need to ask your LHS or Dealer from who you have purchased the engine from.

I just bought a V12 3 port. Can I do the same to this engine? ie. Change the crankshaft tip from standard to serpent? Is Part # 2VST5X16 the correct part #?

Once you have a Serpent(SPT) crankshaft, you cannot change the tip, this is only possible with the Standard(STD) crankshafts.

I am not sure we understand one another. I have a standard CrankShaft now and want to change the tip to the Serpent Style. Is that possible? Is the above the correct part #?

No, this is not possible, you need to change the whole crankshaft to obtain this.

Since the topic is on crankshaft's here, does anyone know if an RB .12RE standard crank will fit an Mugen MT12 engine? My vehicle requires a standard crank only to work.
