Hi Rody, May I ask what could be the possible causes that engine wont start everytime after refueling. In other words, sometimes i dried the fuel in the tank and the engine stop. Then, i refill the tank to full, but it just wont start. Then i checked the fuel tube and found fuel had gone into the carb. & engine already. Then, i kept trying till i was sweating like crazy and i decided to try later. Subsequently, when the engine cooled off a little and the engine got started! Any idea why this happened?

If you run the engine to the end of its fueltank and the engine stops, the heat of the engine goes to the carburetor and makes it very hard to start sometimes, the only way to get it started then is to close the exhaust pipe so the carburetor gets extra fuel, then the engine could start again.
Maybe you are running your engine a little too hot, this also can make it more difficult for the engine to re-start.

Thomas , if you are running that engine out of fuel (under power) you are over heating the engine. when the fuel runs low to empty the air/fuel ratio will lean out and the engine will run hot just prior to the empty tank.
watch the next time you run the tank dry the car will get real fast for a short time. if this happens on a straight away I'll bet your engine exceed 300 degrees F for a second or two.
Rody , I hope you don't mind me putting in my 2 cents .
running the tank dry for storage is good thing, just not under power.
