Well, the RB X-12 is history.I installed a new crank into mt MT-12,and it is 12-15 lenths faster than the RB,and the MT is about 6 months old.You people that have the RB,must have recieved good and tight units, mine is loose, low compression, basicly a turd!Sorry, but the MT wins this battle, anybody looking for a slightly used RB-x-12?

Hey smitty im interested. Is it the turbo or non.A new piston and sleeve is like 80 bux so you really can sell it for much. Its a shame you had such bad luck with it.Also my Rbx-12 is still hard to turn over, tons of compression.

Rody.
How about I send you this engine, you run some test's,and if you find this engine to be up to your specs, than I'll live with it.If not,you bring it up to your specs, and I'll cover shipping both ways.
Can't beat that now can we!Just so the playing feild is even,I have been running the stock plug that came with the engine and a RX-12 pipe. Please let me know,
Smitty

Smitty, play this over your LHS which can then play it over our distributor, I hope you can understand that we cannot test all engines because they do not run the same as the other.
However if there is really something wrong our distributor will be able to handle this and eventually send back the engine or the parts which supposed to be wrong.

Rody,
I do apologize for my attitude towards this whole deal.I'm very competive, and like my equiptment in top shape at all times.I bought this engine on the great words and comments of the racers aroung the country, that are using it with great success. There are two local guys that swear by them, and have no clue what my problem is.I hace contacted both the Hobbyshop and their Dist.So maybe this will get resolved soon,
Thanks for all the help,
Smitty
