a brand new engine has in and out movement in the crankshaft. the bearing feels rough rotating when the flywheel is tightened. i thought it will smooth out after a couple of tanks but it did not so i decided not to proceed with the breaking in. is this normal for a V15Rody 5pt?. this is is my first v15. please help!!!!

No, this is not normal and so we suggest you contact your LHS from who you have purchased the product from and ask them for further assistance in this matter.
