I recently purchased a 1601-c used, the previous owner fudged with all the carb mixture screws and now it doesn't like to run. I would like to get the settings, specs, part list and names and also operating temps so I do not over or under adjust this enging

I did check out the faq page. I have a 1601-c .15 2.5cc with a rotary carb. Your faq does not show settings for this set up. The only settings for a .15 are for slide carb. It does however show a rotary carb setting for a .12 2.11cc engine. Also my 1601-c is a older item will the newer settings work with this engine. The serial # for my engine is 0002437 and it is a 2.5 cc Circuit Outlaw with a 5mm Crank. The carb listed on the box it shipped in is a 6Tr-Chrome Carb 6.5mm.

We are sorry but we never sold an 1601-C with a rotary carburetor, so I think your engine is not really original. Please check this with the person from who you have purchased the engine from.
