Rody, just bought a V-15 from a friend. Dismantled the engine for wear. The crank pin measured 4.25. I thoght I read in this forum that the crank pin spec's for a 15 is 4.76 with a wear min. of 4.71 Rody is'nt 4.25 the spec's on a 12 engine. Did RB ever use.12 cranks in the V=15? Thanks SStrunk

The V15 is a small-block engine based upon the V12 engine and so cannot be compared with the X15 engines. So the diameter of the pin of the V15 is 4.25mm when new.
The cranks of the V15 and V12 engines are however not interchangeable.
