Just wondering what is the correct way to install the gudgeon pin? Should the blocked end point towards the inlet side or the exhaust side of the RB X15? Does it really matter which way the pin points? I would assume the best is for the open end to point towards the inlet side ie. towards the carb, for better cooling and lubrication. Maybe this is the wrong way I don't know.

According to Rody it doesn't matter which way it's installed.

Personally I install it with the blocked side pointed towards the exhaustport.
