Ok I have a number 5 glow plug 1602-T it is still reving to high I have the idle down and everything set low but it still rev's high and than cuts off? I left the engine alone for a year and got a EVO 4 and that was fine and has wirked like a charm, Now I want more power so I put the 1602 back in and it is still giving me problems I ent to the sight reset all factory settings and still NO LUCK

Or this is a simple carburetor setting problem, or some false air is coming via the front-bearing which can make the engine instable at the idle, however for the rest there should be no real problem. If the engine cuts-off it is not getting enough or too much fuel.
Have you ever tried to ask your LHS or Dealer from who you have purchased your engine from for some help.
