Do these two differ only on head button (turbo vs standard) or there are still some design differences as in the past?

The main difference between the WS7 L2G and S7 L2G are :

Turbo button for the WS7 L2G while normal for the S7 L2G
Bi-Turbo and Concept Coated Crankshaft for the WS7 L2G while normal crankshaft without coating for the S7 L2G
9mm based composit carburetor for the WS7 L2G while 8mm based composit for the S7 L2G
