Wow, this is all I can say..., A lot of handwork has been done here(more or less nice also), don't know if this really works but if he is convinced that all this is better then this is fine with me.
I sometimes do some modding as well and I know a tiny change to the crankshaft timing can make a lot of difference in performance.
Fancy cuts as in that topic is always nice to see and will give a better flow but it will only result in a nicer running engine but no increase of real power. The performance of 2 stroke engines is very depending on the timings.
Begin this year I placed a simple 3 port set into my broken high end engine just to give it a cheap 2nd life and made some changes to it to give it almost the same timings as the fast motors and also some changes to the flow. I was able to outrun some fast engines.....

Statically balanced on a dynamical system ...
It's done not very professional and also there were made quite 'some' aerodynamical mistakes. It's made that unexact that this engine is never ever balanced, even not just statical.
