It's an on-road carb. because it's made of aluminium.

It's an on-road carburetor used on the on-road engines mainly. Could be cleaned though...

Could i have the settings for it...??? [Roll Eyes]

I want to use it for off-road...it should work right?
Are there any differences between the off and on road carbs?
Does the full alloy body affect the fuel "atomization" in any way??

The start point of these carburetors are :
HSN 3.5 turns opened from closed
LSN 5 turns opened from closed

Its possible to use this kind of carburetor but once your engine gets too hot this kind of carburetor can create vaporlock, this is why we use the composite carburetors on the off-road engines.
This because the off-road engines get hotter then the on-road engines.

How easy can this phenomenon occur?
What are the symptoms of this (backfire, leaning out,...??)?
I have a plastic nipple for the fuel line inlet from another engine, maybe i can use that and help it a bit?
