Is there WS7 X3 LG with normal plug come out of the box??
(with out buying the turbo and then replacing it)

No Sorry, if you want about the same type of engine without the Turbo Glowplug then I suggest you go for the S7

Thanks for stating the obvious, however I was wondering about the running of the engine. Performance will suffer from a standard plug?

The engine will run very well with a normal glowplug, even easier to tune, however you will have a little less performances overall but it is acceptable in my point of view.
